Chris Hansen brings to Saunders & Associates an extensive background in marketing, advertising and branding combined with 25 years of experience buying, building, renovating, decorating and selling houses in the Hamptons, Los Angeles and Florida. Each project has involved either a renovation or a "from-scratch" build-out, plus design of interior space and decor that's always buzz worthy. For many years a sideline while she worked full-time for major advertising agencies, then at Revlon, The Limited, Inc. and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, she has now settled full-time in Bridgehampton to devote herself fully to her real estate endeavors. 

Chris brings a portfolio of strengths to her real estate work. An effective collaborator, she works well with clients, architects, builders and subcontractors. She has a strong design sense and understands a range of design styles. Her current local building projects include two very different homes in the Hamptons - one a classic traditional Hamptons home in Bridgehampton and the other cutting edge contemporary in Sagaponack. Chris has detailed knowledge of planning living spaces and flow within a home, and carefully considers how a home will be used when planning its design. From her marketing career she learned how to work with a target audience to understand the needs of a variety of age ranges. Chris understands every buyer is seeking value, working with budgets and providing great product for dollars invested. She is a skilled negotiator and fast-paced decision maker.
