Laura Bennett

Laura Bennett has been professionally involved in all areas of real estate for the past twenty years. 

While an executive of a national real estate brokerage and development firm in Manhattan, she provided the firm with her extensive knowledge of commercial leasing agreements, construction administration, architectural contracts and plans, as well as land entitlements, zoning, permitting and approvals for both commercial and residential properties. In 2002, Laura moved to Southampton to pursue various real estate investments. As part of those endeavors, and acting as general contractor and interior designer, she renovated her historically designated 1910 home in Southampton Village, flawlessly, to period and code. Laura's other eclectic experiences include Bertelsmann's New York City relocation to 1540 Broadway and project manager for J. Walter Thompson's worldwide headquarters build to suit project @ One Detroit Center.

In 2011, Laura joined Saunders & Associates, a high-end realty concern with offices in Southampton and Bridgehampton, New York and ties with an equally influential real estate firm, Fite Shavell & Associates in Palm Beach, Florida. 

The alliance between Fite Shavell and Saunders allows Laura to professionally service discerning buyers, sellers and renters in both the Hamptons and the Palm Beaches.
