Sandra Griffin has 30 plus years of experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants from Shelter Island to Westhampton Beach. Though she currently specializes in the Southampton Village and Shinnecock Hills markets, Sandy is happy to help a customer or client in any location.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Sandy grew up summering on Shelter Island, where she later started her real estate career. She graduated from Hobart and William Smith College with a degree in Biopsychology and pursued post-graduate studies in Veterinary Medicine, in which she had a successful career before turning to real estate on a part-time basis in 1983, and full-time in 1993.

Animals are still a passion for Sandy, and she has maintained an interest in Animal Rescue. She is also a keen sailor, and served as Commodore of the Southampton Yacht Club. Sandy lives in Southampton with her husband of 35 years. Her son, Gregg, is a graduate of The University of New Hampshire and lives in Newport, Rhode Island.
