Vincent Pescatore is one of our newest and youngest agents, helping to usher in a new age of real estate brokers at Saunders Realty; brokers who masterfully combine the traditional style and methods of home sales of yesteryear, while embracing and maneuvering the ever-evolving landscape of today's social media and electronically driven society. Having spent a good portion of his life growing up in the Hamptons, Vincent understands the beauty and allure of owning a home in the area, having bought his own home recently. His enthusiasm and passion for the industry and drive to succeed are born of his love for the area and its people. "I love the Hamptons and everything it has given to me and all of the opportunities it has provided to me at such a young age. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world and I believe the best place to make an investment."
Vincent's experience buying and remodeling his own home, as well as prior experience working in construction, have provided him with valuable knowledge that helps him assist his clients, whether it be to inspect a potential home or preparing one for the market. Vincent also brings with him 5 years of experience working in our offices under various roles, as well as earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Real Estate from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in the process. Having grown up in the digital age, he is also a firm believer in the power of social media and digital mediums to modernize real estate marketing and sales. Vincent's attention to detail and embrace of a more technological approach is tailor-made for an industry shifting towards online and mobile-friendly access. "Technology is changing what real estate is every day. It is incredibly important to use all mediums available to stay on top of trends and market values in order to be able to exploit the best possible avenues whether buying or selling a home."
Mixing traditional methods of real estate sales with his savviness in technology and social media, Vincent is driven to work tirelessly to meet his client's needs and expectations.
