Anita Bennett

A licensed real estate associate broker since 1990, Anita Bennett has listed and sold many properties from Hampton Bays to Montauk. She is a top producing agent with a proven track record and over the course of her career has won numerous Top Producer awards. Anita has made a name for herself by successfully servicing buyers, sellers and renters in all price ranges, as well as working with builders and developers. She enjoys working with people and is skilled at assisting buyers in finding their perfect home, and helping sellers find the right buyers for their property. A seasoned broker with over 25 years of experience, Anita possesses a deep knowledge of the Hamptons market and the government regulations involved in listing, buying or renting a property. Anita attended Pace University in New York. She moved to Southampton Village in 1984 and raised her three children there. Currently Anita resides in Sag Harbor Village with her husband, Robert. She is based in Saunders & Associates Southampton office.
