A lifelong resident of Long Island, Jennifer was raised in Nassau County, moved to Suffolk County, and eventually relocated to the East End to raise her three children. Jennifer currently spends her time in both the Hamptons and Palm Beach. She is a community activist whose involvements have included serving as Sag Harbor Elementary School PTA President and as a Board Member of the Sag Harbor Village Zoning Board of Appeals for five years.

Jennifer began her real estate career at age sixteen working for a title company. After graduating from Hofstra University with a BA in American Literature and Secondary Education, she was enrolled in law school at the age of twenty and earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John's School of Law. Jennifer joined a prominent law firm plus maintained her own law practice focusing on real estate law. She practiced law for over 17 years in insurance defense litigation, real estate, and as a court referee in foreclosure proceedings. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of title issues, contract negotiations and real estate closing matters. As an attorney and a real estate broker, she has worked for Corcoran and Compass in Sag Harbor. Jennifer is a Notary Public and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Eastern & Southern Districts. She is a duly Licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and Florida. Jennifer was named #4 Individual in the Hamptons by RealTrends for 2020. Her experience in law and real estate adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to Saunders.
