After graduating from Hofstra University with a BA in American Literature and Secondary Education, she was enrolled in law school at the age of twenty and earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John's School of Law. Jennifer joined a prominent law firm plus maintained her own law practice focusing on real estate law. She practiced law for over 17 years in insurance defense litigation, real estate, and as a court referee in foreclosure proceedings. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of title issues, contract negotiations and real estate closing matters. As an attorney and a real estate broker, she has worked for Corcoran and Compass in Sag Harbor. Jennifer is a Notary Public and is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Eastern & Southern Districts. She is a duly Licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and Florida.
