With nearly 100 million dollars in real estate sales in the Hamptons, Maureen Geary is a consummate professional. A consistent top producer, Maureen has repeatedly been in the top 2% nationwide. Prior to her career in real estate, she was an account executive with LaMarca group in New York City, and later took this experience a step further when she and her husband started an advertising company in Europe that specialized in international direct response marketing. Maureen has participated in the design and general contracting of her own property and that of her clients. Not only is she experienced in the marketing of new construction, she is proficient in handling waterfront properties, village homes, and all types of Hamptons property sales. Her diverse experience provides her with unique insight and all the tools needed to get the job done in the most effective and efficient manner. Maureen and her husband live in a home in Sag Harbor that has been in the family since 1952. The combination of strong negotiating skills, marketing expertise, attention to detail, and familiarity with the Hamptons gives Maureen a keen understanding into the needs of her clients. She is a member of the Yale Club, a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and a graduate of Seton Hall University.
