Mike began his career in real estate in the early '90s as an investor and worked directly with builders on capital creation. He has since amassed over 30 years of experience actively managing and owning residential properties; a unique and practical skill set he brings to each property transaction. He has an excellent reputation for honesty and integrity, the talent for being a persuasive negotiator, and the keen ability to effectively match buyer and seller. Before working full time in real estate, Mike worked in sales and trading of financial services in FX for 25 years. There he built a business based on knowledge, candor, and client service. His success in the Hamptons is much attributed to that loyal clientele, many of whom have worked in his original field. He is a graduate of American University in Washington DC. Mike has dedicated many years to coaching children’s soccer, supporting the Hamptons Lifeguard Association (HLA), and is the proud father of an Ocean Guard in Amagansett in addition to an aspiring one still in training. When he is not working, he enjoys outdoor time with his family and friends, watching his children surf, fishing, hiking, and the natural, seasonal beauty of the East End.
