Born and raised in Northport, NY, Patty lived in Portland, Oregon for many years and got her real estate license in 1995. She became a Principal Broker with Windermere Realty Trust in Portland, and holds the prestigious GRI, CNE, ASP designations. Patty has mentored and taught real estate classes to new agents and brokers as well, sharing her skills that have made her a knowledgeable, sought-after resource.

Patty has owned her home in Montauk since 1997 and invests in rental property. She has many talents besides real estate, such as being a SAG/AFTRA actor with experience in film and stage. This has given her the confidence to be a good public speaker and face-to-face negotiator. Patty is also soprano who has sung in various choirs and been a soloist and Canter in churches. Topping it off, she’s an Ironman triathlete and professional run, swim and triathlete coach with several coaching certifications. Patty has three children, two grandchildren, and three rescue dogs that she adores.
