After graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration, Cutter continued to develop his business talents in the retail and wholesale seafood industry. While researching potential business ventures, something clicked. He realized he knew more than anyone else about the market and the area offerings – and followed his heart to become a Corcoran agent.
