Real Estate Agent

Pamela Margonelli has always possessed a deep interest in the possibilities of space as well as creative vision which helps enhance a home's potential. Formerly a design consultant for many prominent architects, Pam has had the opportunity to design and advise on the use of colors and materials for commercial spaces throughout the world. Aside from New York, she has worked in Europe and the Far East.

It is her passion, talent and flair for innovation that led Pam to make the natural segue into the world of residential real estate sales. This, coupled with her own success having bought, renovated and sold several of her own properties, gives Pam a distinct edge in helping buyers and sellers of fine Hamptons homes optimize the possibilities of space.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Pam graduated from Bennington College and Pratt Institute with a Fine Art degree. She lived for many years in Manhattan and was one of the pioneers in Tribeca where she leased and renovated a 13,000-square-foot Tribeca space in which she resided with her family. Married with two grown children who now live in the city, Pam and her husband moved to East Hampton in 2000. "I was looking for a place outside the city that was both rural yet sophisticated, and I found that in East Hampton," she says.

Pam has a special knack for putting her creativity and eye for aesthetics to good use to market properties and help customers find even the most unusual properties to suit their unique needs. Contact her today to explore your own individual real estate aspirations.
