Biana Stepanian

Biana Stepanian, was involved in the estate management and decorating business with stores in Manhattan and Sag Harbor. Biana was hand picked by Allan Schneider 30 years ago to work for him in real estate. With her eye for design, flair for customer service and wealth of connections, she surely seemed a natural.

Now years later, Biana works primarily with repeat and referral customers, and has earned an outstanding reputation for expert knowledge, service and integrity. She is truly a full-service, no-nonsense professional also known for having a hand in everything "home related," from decorating, staging and selling homes to running estate sales, even collaborating on projects with her husband, Val Florio,a local architect.

With a Masters in Education from L.I.U. Southampton, Biana is also fluent in French, Spanish, Armenian and English. Biana taught French in a local Hamptons high school. She was also involved in her family's oriental carpet business on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, inspiring her to open a store in Sag Harbor. In addition, Biana runs her own management company, Sag Harbor Salvage Company, which enables her to assist buyers and sellers in home related enterprises.
