Yvonne Rathnum

Fastidious, detail oriented yet highly personable, visual and creative, Yvonne previously worked in market research in Manhattan, ran her own home-based research data processing company while raising a family, then taught Special Education in Queens. Born in Aruba of mostly East Indian heritage, she spent her early years in Guyana before relocating to Queens, NY. Yvonne graduated from Queens College with a B.A. degree in Fine Arts, then earned an M.A. in Sociology from the New School for Social Research, and an A.A.S. degree in Dress Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her nurturing, low-key style and patience in educating clients through every step of the real estate process have cemented loyal working relationships, with ongoing referrals and repeat business as her reward.
