Joyce became entrenched in the Hamptons lifestyle as a weekend resident/homeowner in Bridgehampton and Water Mill for over 25 years. She moved permanently to Water Mill in 2014 to be continually surrounded by the area’s beauty and diverse opportunities.
After a 25+-year career with Avon Products, Joyce knew real estate was her path, and her passion. She sold high-end property with Stephen P. Wald Real Estate Associates for four years before joining The Corcoran Group in Sag Harbor. Joyce has showcased luxury properties on NBC’s popular “Open House” program as well as in the New York Observer and other publications. She gives 100 percent to her clients whether they are selling, buying or renting, and has a stellar reputation for being creative and results-driven. In 2017 Corcoran recognized Joyce's major sales' performance and she was cited as one of the Top Ten sales performers in April,2017. In 2018, Joyce was recognized again for outstanding sales in excess of $10MM. Joyce honed her business expertise and global connections as Avon’s Marketing Director, responsible for $300MM+ in annual sales. She expertly handled U.S. and worldwide marketing and merchandising as well as product development, strategic planning, licensing and other vital functions. For her efforts, Joyce received the coveted Chairman’s Award for sales and entre into new product categories and partnerships. She deeply understands the dynamics and the importance of the customer/salesperson relationship, and values the responsibilities bestowed upon her to help clients find and sell their dream homes.
Joyce always gives 100 percent to meet your unique needs. Outside of work, she loves to travel, and has done so extensively for work and pleasure. Joyce enjoys music, entertaining family and friends, fashion, and collecting contemporary art. Her philanthropic efforts have included involvement with The Brooklyn Museum’s Friends of African American Art, serving as a former trustee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and as the former chair of the Evidence Dance Company. She is a former member of the Parrish Museum, and is a current board member/trustee of the Children’s Museum of the East End and the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreation Center.
