Jennifer Hoopes

Jennifer Hoopes has many of the qualities and skills you need and should look for in a Real Estate professional. She is the third generation of a successful, entrepreneurial real estate family. Her grandfather and father launched their own brokerage firms to serve affluent markets in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey and Jennifer began her career investing in residential real estate in New York City. Real Estate is in her blood. 

Jen is serious about the business and has demonstrated a particular kind of high-tech saavy when marketing that stems from her earlier work experience in Wall Street financial services and in film and television location management. She is personable and has an honest and refreshing sense of humor. She knows the value of owning property in our Hamptons market, herself a long time visitor to Amagansett and now homeowner and year round resident of East Hampton with her family. She also knows how hard a client has worked for his or her money, and understands the variety of investment possibilities, the ups and downs of certain areas, and the desirability of specific locations for long or short term consideration that may differ for the young family, the seasoned investor, the second home owner or the first time buyer or renter. Jen is attentive and a careful listener. She pays full attention to a client’s needs. She know the numbers and can provide sound reasoning to consider when buying, selling, renting or investing.
