An Associate Broker for 30 years, Don Sebastian has not only an incomparable command of the real estate market, but an in-depth knowledge of a myriad of property types ranging from homes to condominiums. While he began his career selling properties in the Douglaston/Bayside area of NYC, Don has taken advantage of East End life spanning Remsenberg to Montauk since the early 1970s, developing a deep appreciation for the area’s rich culture and heritage.
Currently residing in Southampton, Don is a native New Yorker who knows in a New York minute what type of homes he should be showing his loyal clients.
Yet he takes plenty of time to ask the right questions, understand their needs, and research the best options for their particular budget and lifestyle requirements. As such, Don prides himself on his fine reputation for meeting each buyer’s and seller’s exact specifications, and exceeding their expectations.
Prior to pursuing his passion for real estate, Don spent his career in the world of information technology. After earning a degree in Marketing Research, he worked in the IT department of Goldman Sachs for 10 years, then served as VP of Sales for Computer Associates. Don is a big believer in fully utilizing the great advantages of technology to communicate with clients, conduct cutting-edge research, and expedite the real estate process.
Though he’s traveled extensively, Don truly believes that the shoreline of Long Island’s East End parallels the most beautiful beaches in the world. Outside of work, he is also an avid cycler and car enthusiast.
