She has been a consistent recipient of top producer awards and is a member of Corcoran's prestigious Multi Million Dollar Club.
Gina's managerial and sales experience include a fashion industry partnership on 7th Avenue, managing Fusco's, the oldest family owned restaurant on Wall Street and box office manager for the international touring company of Broadway's "The Ice Show." In addition, Gina and her husband founded two local businesses, Surerus Contracting Corporation and Eastern Long Island Maintenance Corporation and own several rental properties on Shelter Island and an apartment in Chelsea. Her extensive market knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit and "from the ground-up" building experience help her to understand the diverse needs of her clientele and guide them through every aspect of the real estate process, forming lasting relationships along the way. Gina's family ties on the East End, date back to the 1700's. She and her husband met on the Island as "summer kids" and their love of the Island drew them back when it was time to raise their own family. Gina's father was in the Real Estate business and now her two daughters have followed in the family tradition. Leith and Bree have both been associated with the Corcoran office on Shelter Island. Leith already local and Bree has just graduated from the American University of Rome and soon plans to live and work in New York City.
