Mary Giaquinto came to enjoy East Hampton summers as a youngster, moving full time to East Hampton with her family decades later. During those early years in EH Mary Giaquinto did all the things moms still do including a stint as president of the PTA at John Marshall Elementary School.
She is a founding member of Plum Builders, Inc. and holds a Certificate in Construction Project Management from NYU’s Continuing Education; her college degree is in English Literature from the University of Cincinnati. She recognizes that acquiring, owning and maintaining high end property on the east end is an asset class of its own. Investing here, and participating in what the East End has to offer is one of life’s best decisions. Giaquinto believes that her own decades of experience in residential development can help guide those who are buying or selling in any market.
