Lexie Schrage understands the fine art of quality client service and brings with her a pedigree of real estate marketing experience, which truly sets her apart. Prior to joining Corcoran, she worked for a top luxury real estate brokerage in the Hamptons for 5 years, starting as a Marketing Assistant and quickly advancing to a Senior Manager in the marketing department. Lexie excelled in her role, utilizing her creative mind and keen attention to detail to make the firm’s ultra-luxury property listings shine. Ultimately, she realized she wanted to serve her local community of Westhampton Beach as an agent, helping friends, family, and clients become new neighbors.

Lexie specializes in sales and rentals throughout the Westhampton Beach area where she has developed deep knowledge and many connections since moving out east full time over 12 years ago. Her extensive marketing background gives her distinct expertise as well in the use of social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and all aspects of what it takes to properly market a high-end home. She is committed to providing the utmost in communication, education, and transparency which her discerning clientele expect, and deserve.

Born in San Diego, CA, Lexie comes from a military family, where her father was stationed as a U.S. Marine. She was raised in Glen Ridge, NJ and spent her summers in Westhampton Beach where her family moved to permanently in 2008. After graduating from Westhampton Beach High School, she went on to the University of Rhode Island, College of Business Administration, with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management, and graduated cum laude. Lexie lives in Speonk with her husband, Kevin. A beach lover and passionate photographer, you can find Lexie on days off at the local beach, Jetty 4, with her camera in hand.
