Christian graduated with a Finance Degree from UNC Wilmington in North Carolina. His passion and skills in finance gives him an edge in determining and measuring investments whether it’s a builder, investor or first-time home buyer. Before Corcoran, Christian spent about 2 years at Bespoke Real Estate working as a data analyst for the Hamptons market. He has extensive knowledge of the market at all price points and their trends. Growing up in the area also gives him a finer localized view of the market and allows him to explain the market beyond real estate. Christian understands how massive real estate decisions can be, which is why he does in depth analysis and forecasting for all his clients. Driven by data, he determines value for investors, builders, buyers and sellers. Christian currently resides in Sag Harbor. He is available 24/7 for all his clients but can be found playing soccer and running late at nights. Guiding and helping clients reach their real estate goals is his priority, as well as developing a long lasting relationship that expands beyond that.
