For Stefanie Bank Bower, real estate is not just about the sale, "It’s about the relationship between the buyer, the broker and the seller — and forging that relationship is my specialty," she says. A consummate people person, Stefanie is a highly motivated and known for paying meticulous attention to detail. She excels when faced with adversity, has the vision to see outside the box and the creativity to get there. She describes herself as eager, thorough and "pleasantly pushy" on behalf of her clients. "I will leave no stone unturned," she explains. "My clients find out pretty quickly that I have their best interests at the top of my list." Before entering the real estate industry, Stefanie ran a corporate gift and promotions business doing everything from sales and marketing to bookkeeping, and even delivery. Her Jill-of-all-trades approach helped her forge a broad network of contacts and knowledge that inform her real estate work to this day. "I have always been fascinated by the changing landscape in the New York real estate market," she says. "I know my extensive sales background and my network of people will take me far in this career." A graduate of Syracuse University, Stefanie is both a Long Island native and current resident. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, keeping fit and taking in the performing and visual arts. She has three children whom she credits for forming her into "the multitasking genius" that she is.
