In that capacity, he delivered strategic marketing plans as well as developed business and sales insights to achieve core project initiatives and revenues. Among the developments Harlan worked on was the Manhattan House, Industry LIC, and the legendary Apthorp building on the Upper West Side, where Harlan sold the two highest-priced combination units with sales ranging from $10 million to $18 million. ?? Leveraging his success selling New York's top developments, Harlan continued his career as a Sales Director for several top NYC projects.
In 2013, Harlan was the first Corcoran Sunshine employee ever to relocate to the Miami Beach market as a New York liaison for The Surf Club Four Seasons.
