Caleb Kercheval started his real estate career in the Hamptons in 1984 after building his first home at the age of 21. Shortly afterwards, he worked with award-winning Hamptons architect, Fred Stelle, eventually designing and building new homes as well as buying, renovating and selling old ones. He has years of experience dealing with the local building departments, zoning board of appeals and the town's environmental division. Around the same time, Caleb also created innovative websites for local real estate agencies and their top brokers, a true pioneer in new technologies. He channeled this expertise as a panelist for Inman's "Real Estate Connect" speaking on "Better Market, Better Tools, Better Practices" in front of his peers.
Caleb recently designed and built two new modern homes on land he purchased in Sag Harbor, utilizing green building practices such as SIPS, geothermal and solar energy. His long-time knowledge of the area, varied building techniques and internet technology skills make him the perfect broker for anyone interested in buying or selling a home on the East End.
