Marylynn Novak

Marylynn Novak began her real estate career in 1988 as a sales associate in the Hamptons. She joined Sotheby's International Realty with its 1997 acquisition of the Bridgehampton office. Marylynn has an extensive background in real estate, including appraisal, construction, rentals and residential sales. Specializing in the areas of Southampton through Amagansett, including Bridgehampton and East Hampton, she has sold some of Sotheby's International Realty's most exclusive properties ranging from antique to contemporary-style homes. Prior, Marylynn traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia as a sportswear designer for the New York City fashion industry. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Marylynn attended the Maryland Institute of Art and in Manhattan, Parsons School of Design and The School of Visual Arts.
