Beth Troy's attentiveness to clients' needs and goals, keen knowledge of the marketplace, and ability to structure and negotiate complex deals has enabled her to build a multi-million-dollar executive recruitment agency on Madison Avenue prior to shifting her focus to real estate. Those qualities, along with her reputation for integrity and a personable approach, led to long-term professional relationships throughout her career.
Beth quickly achieved and has maintained outstanding success in real estate since 2004, when she relocated to the Hamptons with her family. She has negotiated countless transactions for smart investment and land opportunities, high-end residential properties, and rentals. He clients include primary and second-home owners, real estate investors, and developers.
Beth partners with sellers throughout the process-from her uncanny ability for correct pricing even in fluctuating markets, to meticulous positioning of the property, and implementing marketing strategies that target key audiences as well as her own vast network of professional contacts nationwide. Working with buyers, Beth truly listens to their needs- whether it's a dream home or a great investment-and identifies properties that are a perfect match.
A native New Yorker, Beth was raised in Manhattan and pursued her passion for photography and film at Hunter College and the School of Television Arts. She began her professional career in sales and marketing, rising to the position of Director of Sales in national and international firms. At the same time, Beth developed a successful track record as a real estate investor, actively buying and selling co-ops and condominiums in some of the City's most desirable addresses (including Bing & Bing pre-war condos).
Beth fell in love with the Hamptons 20 years ago, owning properties in East Hampton before moving to Sag Harbor full-time with her partner and 14-year old son. They enjoy going to their pied-a-terre in the West Village for theater and cultural events. Beth's photographs of this beautiful region have appeared frequently in regional publications.
