Phelan Wolf grew up in East Hampton and has worked in the real estate business in East Hampton and Amagansett for more than 20 years.
Phelan practiced real estate law for ten years in Montauk and East Hampton, representing the Town of East Hampton as its Zoning Board Attorney. He also served private clients in real estate and business transactions before becoming an associate broker, most recently with Brown Harris Stevens. Phelan commands an extensive knowledge of zoning and building laws in the Hamptons and has built a lifelong network of contacts in the community. Phelan follows the financial and real estate markets closely and his clients trust him implicitly as a source of market information and experienced counsel honed by helping buyers and sellers of land, homes, and businesses in every type of market.
Phelan works together with his wife, Kammy. They are proud to raise their two boys in the community they have always called home.
