Kristi Goldrath knows that the cornerstone of a successful and smooth real estate search is a guide that is a good listener. This is a lesson that has followed her through her career.
After over a decade in women’s fashion, working with some of the world’s biggest brands including Steve Madden and Sam Edelman, Kristi Goldrath made a natural shift into real estate, joining the East Hampton Office of Town & Country Real Estate as a licensed real estate salesperson. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Kristi has always been drawn to beautiful spaces and has a long-standing appreciation for good design. “Real estate combines what I loved most about my fashion career - connecting with people, providing superior customer service, and crafting style.”
Kristi and her husband met in New York City, but their family has roots in Long Island. He is from Suffolk County and has been bringing Kristi to the Hamptons since they first started dating. “We rented for a summer, fell in love with the beach, and never left. I’m from South Florida, so being close to the ocean felt like home for me,” she says. Kristi grew up in Fort Lauderdale and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree.
“I love to cook, and the East End’s access to farm fresh produce is incredible—I almost live at Balsam Farms in Amagansett.” On weekends, you can find her playing tennis at Montauk Downs, attempting to surf at Ditch Plains beach, or at an open house.
