Edward Mulderrig comes to us with a profound understanding of the Hamptons housing market having been actively involved since 1999. Prior to working as a real estate agent , Edward developed luxury homes in the estate sections of East Hampton, Southampton and Sag Harbor. He has also renovated historic structures and constructed green homes. Ed’s previous experiences have increased his knowledge on all sides of the real estate market from sales negotiation to land acquisition and construction methodologies giving him invaluable insight into a client’s needs. As a resident of the East End since 1985, he is also highly experienced in local permit processes, including building code compliance, zoning and wetland regulations. With over 20 years in related disciplines Ed’s clients can count on his expert guidance when making their real estate decisions. He resides in Sag Harbor and is a pilot and avid sailor.
