The house has beautiful views of Accabonac Harbor, with a wide path that leads to our dock on the Harbor for swimming, kayaking or SUPs. We are located down a private driveway several hundred yards from Springs Fireplace Road and our 2 acres are surrounded by mature cedars on the sides of the property for complete privacy, with a wide grassy backyard extending down the middle to the wetlands abutting the Harbor and our wide path to the dock. The house has six bedrooms (two of which are separate guest suites, each with a bathroom), 3 full baths, and 2 half baths; The 6 bedrooms include 2 king, 2 queen, and 2 trundle beds. There is also an outdoor heated shower in the cabana by the heated pool surrounded by 6 teak lounge chairs. The house is air-conditioned with 3 separate cooling systems. There are three 14' electrically-operated awnings: dining deck, pool patio, and living room. The house abuts the wetlands on Accabonac Harbor and is unique for anyone looking to enjoy water sports with many water toys including 2 kayaks, 3 SUPs (that also serve as kayaks with seats), and a motorized dingy which can be kept at the dock with which we have access to on Accabonac Harbor. There is also a long nature trail out to the point that connects to the property.
